Respect your Cyprus agent

Agents advertising on www.onlineproperties.eu keep complaining to me that people searching for a property here in Cyprus do not really stick with one office. They aim to call and get in touch with all the agencies they can in the island (and they are a lot) and give their requirements. The thing is that most agents share the same stock. My advice to potential buyers or renters? Do your research well and make a shortlist of 2-3 agencies. Visit their office and give one office exclusivity for 2 weeks. This will enhance their efforts and you will show your seriousness in working with them.
