Desirable Listed House (Ground Level ONLY)


As you know Gladstonos is a desirable residential part of Nicosia. The house backs on to the eucalyptus woods. It is spacious, over 300 sq m on the ground floor. It has character since it is built over 100 years ago in the colonial style.  It has a garden which tenant can use quietly and a swimming pool which tenant can use whenever the owners are not in Nicosia (which is about 50% during summer months).
It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus two reception rooms one of which could be used as a fourth bedroom.
Tenants can use the garden between 8.00 am and 10.00pm all year round providing they remain quiet and do not damage plants.
Parking for ONE car inside gates at the front.
Gas oil for central heating is metered for each house and No 46 will contribute to cost of gas oil per its consumption.
Sw Pool can be used in summer, whenever the upper house is not occupied by the owners. Owners are usually in Cyprus 50% of the time in the summer months. Sitting area under pergola is for the upper house ONLY.
